Tamara was very informative and helpful on the day we met, and also attended on her day off, as I had limited time coming up from London. She was patient as I looked over the car, and an issue with a tail light was resolved quickly by her and the service team.

The service process was great, from arrival to leaving. Communication was great and everything was made clear to me and the works carried out to a high standard. Car was valeted inside the vehicle and out very well. Only point to raise was that the boot was not cleaned inside.
