Jamie Caudwell from the Stockport Service booking Centre rang to see if I would like to have service done from VW Preston and price matched, which the service department at Preston honoured, so thank you to all. A lot different from last year when I bought the car from Keith Chadwick who made us take the car without a service and new mot after he promised it would be done, alot more concerning is that Keith made us taken the car with a faulty seatbelt sensor that kept flashing, which not only would have been a mot fail but safety issue especially with my 7 year old daughter in the car.Cannot fault the service department at all. Just thr sales.Thank you

Excellent attention from Matthew including loan vehicle while new tyres were accessed and fitted and text message alerts.This is a Motability vehicle awaiting delayed replacement but service was good anyway.

Need to improve on the process for updating the GPS ...I was advised that I would have to do this at home, however after trying to do so I found that the SD card did not have sufficient spare memory to accept the latest update.I am now waiting for your service team to come back to me with a way forward.
