Problem with the keys was not resolved and I have had to book the car in for a second time however all the staff I had dealings with were very helpful. So no negative feedback apart from the problems not being resolved.

1st impressions were a bit awkward as the site is being redeveloped despite this the site had a good choice of cars and was able to reassure me about the benefits of buying through a VW dealer
