My car was booked in for a routine annual service under a service agreement. I found the entire experience at Volkswagen extremely positive. Nothing was too much trouble for the engineer and his team and they were very polite and friendly. I was kept informed prior and during the service and I would not hesitate to highly recommend Volkswagen of Preston to others.
