The salesman was good but was unable to provide a half decent deal. Your finance options are woefully bad and the interest is way to high. If I took your finance for my final end payment of £5000 I end up paying £10,000. I laughed so hard at this that my knickers nearly fell down.Your industry should really be ashamed about ripping people like this. I am seriously considering selling the car privately and doing without for a while. I have £4,000 equity in my vehicle, I'd be quids in. Not your bag I know, but petrol prices are a feckin joke and e10??? Do me a fffffffavour, biggest rip off of the decade.Will that do for you? I challenge the UK's top sales person to get me a decent, fair, honest deal - I'd bet my house it cannot be done. I'd be thrilled to hear from you but doubt that and I can feel that finger hovering over the delete button already!. Would be nice to be proved wrong though. Toodle Pip. Xxxxxx

I picked my car up at lookers Carlisle and the salesman was spot on but on my way home to Scotland the wipers are noisy and is not clearing the screen they are full of tram lines they are needing replaced . I asked for the car to be valeted but when home i went to put rubber mats in and underneath the mats had not been hovered also When cleaning i put my hand on the passenger seat and was pricked with a paper staple which was on the front seat cover please could you respond

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Only reason for 4 stars was that a car we test drove was advertised wrong on your website. We were subsequently advised of this by the member of staff who we were dealing with…..he was excellent!!

I have a VW Passat. It seems as though there is a repeating fault with the rear wiper blade. Shortly after replacement previously the blade drags across the screen. When it was replaced originally - the technician alluded to it being a fault with the blade / rubber combination. Seems that this should be replaced FOC at service in my opinion.Low score on the booking process - it's terrible. Very impersonal - waiting for all the choices and going through menu's etc. Not good. Whilst the video is well done by the technician........it's a bit too much in my opinion (unless they are highlighting a fault that will need discussion. You are a reputable main dealer who I come to because I trust in your expertise. Sorry, everyone really helpful on site but it's all a bit too techy around it.
