It is easy to do, and the email communication with a staff member explaining to me everything was really good. The staff was friendly and really helpful, he explained everything for me the way that I was able to understand.

Simple and straightforward process easy to navigate on website Always a pleasure dealing with VW Preston staff are welcoming and pleasant to deal with kept informed of progress by text informed about additional work required with a reasonable quote car was ready as per appointment and car was given a wash and looked pristine Service plan is great allowing you to put aside a small amount each month VW parts and VW technicians as well Fair and transparent pricing All in all a great job by all .
