It was easy to use and trouble free. Excellent service. The car service was done on time and at the agreed, very reasonable, price. Booking was very easy and communications throughout were good. The VW application kept me informed what was happening and the video of the inspection was an added bonus.

Easy to use and makes life simple cutting down waiting time Every thing with my service went smoothly from booking to picking up my car. The reception I got was friendly and professional. The service was carried out quickly and my car was returned freshly washed. The only negative was as I entered the Lookers lot there were no signs to follow to park or sign post where service reception was.
