Carl knows all the features of the car and understands what you are looking for in a vehicle therefore ensuring you buy the right vehicle. Carl is friendly and extremely helpful - his no pressure approach is greatly appreciated as he understands it is a big decision and has to be correct. He ensured that his colleagues were briefed in case I had any queries when he was not at work.
