In September last year I was enquiring regarding a car and the service wasn’t really good at all.When Darren approached me I was at first skeptic, however Darren understood the needs, he understood that my wife also needed convincing and was a big part of making the decision. He asked all the right questions and made us feel very comfortable! If it wouldn’t be for Darren, I wouldn’t have changed to the new car.

Evening before car service I kept receiving phone voice mails from someone at the dealer. I couldn’t make contact and was very worried they were trying to change or cancel my car service! Next day I discovered the calls had been from a Sales guy! Not a good idea to call customer night before car service unless the call is about the service!!!!!
