Great staff. Rebecca was very patient and detailed when explaining the new technology.

The colleague (Ian Lowry) who was my liaison person was friendly, professional and helpful. He went out of his way to find my perfect vehicle and was great on email and keeping me in the loop. There was no hard sell and although he went through the various products on offer, when I declined them, he did not try to persuade but simply moved on. Great service and I bought a car, so good result all round.

It was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful, communication between them was excellent and relayed to me brilliantly.If I could afford to I would fetch my car here everytime but sadly the prices are prohibitive.

i was made aware of some work to be done on the rear brake and pads but the cost through the dealership is rather expensive and it has been suggested i get the work done elsewhere. I have been loyal to Benfield now Lookers with the cars i have purchased in recent years.

Good service from Darren on sales who I will contact again and from the team on Service Desk
