Unfortunate software glitch at time of handover - suggested this should be included and more thoroughly checked as part of PDI as this was ultimately beyond the assistance of the tech team at the time (server error). Took a return visit after collection to fully complete handover

As usual, everything was fine. Staff are welcoming, courteous and competent. Car was serviced as per instructions and ready for pick up on time, and it had been washed. Very happy with everything.

The service was fine , but the gear popping out problem is not resolved so it will have to go back in for that
