Everyone was very professional friendly and helpful

Too many emails re vehicle status.Some said no update available?Two videos sent as well completely different.

This was the first time I have had a car with Motabilty and I think the service was excellent thanks to Carl and especially Brett who handed the car over and went through everything with me.

The exterior valeting could have been better. As it was dark when I collected the vehicle I could see anything untoward. It wasn’t until an overnight frost I saw the following morning I saw it looked as though a bucket of water had been thrown over it and left. There were tracks down the side of the vehicle where the water had run down and subsequently froze overnight.. Better PDI Checks required .when is VW going to replace the engine cover on my vehicle . I was not told they had been removed as a fire hazard.

I was disappointed at how long the service took given it was booked in for 9am and didn’t get keys back until 11.40
