I initially went to VW Scotswood Road Newcastle with my wife and their attitude was absolutely stinking, I’m not sure if it was due to the colour of my skin!! I asked them about the Motability scheme and they couldn’t help at all.. bizarre!! Immediately we went to VW Silverlink and what a difference. They were amazing.
