Attentive and efficient service from Steven R. at Silverlink Lookers. He facilitated the process of buying a used VW without hassle of pressure. He was informative and explained every process involved in a jargon-free style, ensuring that I both understood and was happy to proceed. Brett was fantastic from start to finish. He kept in touch with updates about my car and when my car arrived he explained everything to a T. He took the time to show me how things worked and never made me feel like I was just another customer.

The exterior valeting could have been better. As it was dark when I collected the vehicle I could see anything untoward. It wasn’t until an overnight frost I saw the following morning I saw it looked as though a bucket of water had been thrown over it and left. There were tracks down the side of the vehicle where the water had run down and subsequently froze overnight.. Better PDI Checks required .when is VW going to replace the engine cover on my vehicle . I was not told they had been removed as a fire hazard.

I was disappointed at how long the service took given it was booked in for 9am and didn’t get keys back until 11.40
