Hayley’s service was great. Friendly, professional and positive.It’s a shame that customers no longer benefit from a complimentary car wash and hoover. I feel that now COVID is over it’s time to bring that back. That was the only missing piece for me.

I booked my MOT on line for 10:20, the following day I received a phone call asking me to book a time, I explained that I had booked online, I was told that it didn’t show up on the website I was then offered 11:20, which was fine.Then I received two texts confirming the 10:20 & 11:20 appointments .All a little confusing but nevertheless it all worked out on the day

Yes Alex Martin was absolutely fantastic in monitoring my situation and total understanding from a customer point of view .Scott has always been very helpful. Only downside was that the part was on back order hence the delay .Id deal with Alex and Scott any day.

Was surprised to see on paperwork, that my spacesaver spare had good pressure and had not been used.Considering there is NO spare in the vehicle!
