Always have my cars serviced here on the service plan. They used to be washed as part of the service but this no longer happens and had been a nice perk.Always have the tyre pressure pop up a day or 2 after a service saying the tyre pressure is wrong and needs resetting and so wonder if something done during the service has effected this as the tyre pressure was 5 less than it should be when checked at home.

Team were great. Web tool to monitor progress is great. All felt very simple.

The experience used to be far better when you offered the customer a lift home and lift back to collect the car. It appears to be a cutback which has impacted heavily on the customer service experience. I had to pay £10 in a taxi to get home and then arrange for someone to give me a lift back in to collect the car. The other thing that no longer happens is the car was put through the car wash before being handed back.

Great service but really disappointed that there is no wash and vacuum. My wife has an Audi from Audi lookers silverlink and she always gets a wash and vacuum when she has a service. Why is there a difference?
