I would have purchased the VW Polo had the trade in price have been slightly more. I was offered £1155 at Arnold Clark and decided to purchase a Seat Ibiza from them.

Brett Field at Lookers Silverlink has been very helpful and patient. I am still undecided with regards to a car purchase, mainly due to cost and how I wish to spend my money. I am looking at other models to compare. I have no complaints at all with the service I've received, helpful, friendly, informative and not too pushy. I've advised Brett I will keep him informed one way or the other and I will be in touch when I have made a final decision.

The only thing that could of been better was the hand over afterall. I was buying a band new vehicle. The vehicle was left outside In the rain all day I spent £399 on Gardx and it was wash off in the Rain. I think you should have place inside for this they do at your Scotswood Road Newcastle branch. however was cleaning my car inside did not clean the windscreen there was marks all over it. Thats only thing I am not happy about £399 is a lot of money to waste and thats how I feel about it. everything else was spot on.

Very impressed with everyone. They made the whole process very easy and were open and honest with the procedure and outcomes. I will definitely be returning to Silverlink rather than going to the other dealerships in the area.
