It's a pity when you spend nearly £300 on a service and mot, that someone couldn't at least clean the outside of your car. I'll be returning to my usual garage next time, now my warranty has expired.

I would like to that my salesperson Peter as he was very helpful. I have had a recent poor experience with a different dealership and I was a bit apprehensive of this happening again. Peter got in contact when needed and He presented as very patient and approachable.

I hate my car

Despite 5 months wait I was kept updated throughout. This is my 4th Polo from the dealership which I think speak volumes. Thanks to Michael for all his help.
