Car is no longer washed after a service so customer has to wash dirty finger marks off bonnet and clean your own car

The car is good but it might have been nice to have had it detailed. Maybe my fault as I was in a hurry but there is a fair amount of scratches that could have been buffed out. Otherwise , very satisfied. Pierre was very helpful and efficient. Thank you!
