Very happy with the way I was dealt with very friendly service

I ordered my tiguan (unfortunately) at a time when the world was in turmoil. Covid, Chips etc.But i was kept in the picture by your salesman Mr Michael Taylor, a lovely lad who must havebeen constantly asked when, when, when. He was always polite to me and kept me informedof the situation. When i got my car he was very patient and helpful, showing me the controls etc. Best wishes to him and his little family and your good selves

The communication was great throughout the process. I particularly enjoyed the video run-through of the vehicle - this was great as I live a couple of hours away from the dealership and so I found this very informative.

Good service as usual

The lady who looked after us (Hayley I think but not positive) was lovely- friendly, polite and respectful. Everything you would want in someone who is dealing with customers. She is a credit to your organisation. I really love this dealership, which is why I take my car there to ge serviced, even though there are VW dealers nearer to my home. (And this might seem like a small thing, but it’s important- I never struggle to find somewhere to park when I visit).
