I had a two year service plan and agreed to extend for a further two years at a total cost of £496.45. Unfortunately I received an email to complete the Agreement from VW Finance BUT COULDN'T due to Lookers already having put in place the extended Service Plan and when I tried to complete the VW Finance agreement it wouldn't let me because a Plan was already in place!! Time wasted by myself and VW Finance

Finance offers were too expensive so I procured a loan through my bank which offered a lower interest rate. I already had a service agreement with my VW I was exchanging so preferred to set up a new agreement near the service date.
