The experience in the dealership was great. I was kept fully informed of what was happening and the recommendations and explanations from Scott were of great help in determine what I needed to prioritise with the car.The online booking was my only negative with it seeming that some of what I’d typed not carrying over.

Brilliant experience, Carl Blackburn was fantastic help - really supportive, gave me a few options and I have a brand new golf within two weeks. Offered all cover, gave me a test drive and kept me up to date at every stage - even helped me keep on track with submitting docs!I'd highly recommend Carl and Lookers
