The salesperson Dan at silverlink was very helpful and explain everything to me in detail.He rang me about five days after collecting the car and asked if everything was okay.To me that’s what all salespersons should be like.👍

Id like to thank Michael for being excellent and really helpful from day 1 , even though we have bought a few cars from you over over past couple of yrs this was our first new car , Michael has been brilliant over past 6 months in keeping us updated on the delays and for that am grateful, I can’t thank him enough for getting the order changed so we could get the car earlier, on hand over day id like to thank Michael for coming in on his day off to do the hand over. I think that his manager was a bit over the top in sending him home because of a pair of jeans that I quote didn’t meet dress code , Michael new everything and I would have been cool in what ever he decided to wear I understand standards but sometimes common sense needs to prevail, alot of hassle on the hand over would have been avoided if this had happened, my car had a ghost anti theft device on it and if handled incorrectly can cause problems, needless to say this happened the manager also needs a lesson on how to word his opening sentence when approaching a costumer to avoid causing unnecessary aggravation again Michael new every fine detail and again common sense could have avoided all this ! Id also like to thank Michael for arranging the ghost to be removed to quicken the hand over process ! Michael will be my first port of call when i need to replace my next work car in a year or so time and i will be recommending Michael and dan in used to all my students who wish to buy a car once they pass there test ! I also believe the managers could be doing alot more in helping costumers get a thank of vw in a form of a service plan for being patient and sticking with you in the long wait a small gesture for a small bit of loyalty, i basically got told to deal with it my self, a garage helping you fight yr corner goes along way with me , instead of just passing the buck
