Matt was super helpful. This is the first time I have ever had to purchase on finance. He explained everything un simple terms for me ha and made sure I got everything. He kept in contact via email wheh things were taking longer due to system issues. The car is great and I am really happy.

Overall I'm very happy. Lookers Silverlink is not the nearest VW dealership to me but I was impressed with my first visit when I originally purchased the vehicle. So I opted to go to Silverlink instead of anywhere else in Newcastle. And I wasn't disappointed. Same quality service rules.

As normal,have always had great service from lookers when my car is due a service.The only thing l would add, is the sound quality on the video l received about my car was not very good,l think because of the background noise.

Staff are excellent all professional and helpful.Would have bought the car if it had an electric tail gate. I know this is a problem with all new cars but it was a deal breaker for me.

Only comment is about your internal communication . I received a phone call to review my PCP agreement and consider options 2 days after I had a face to face apt in the show room for the exact same thing .

Front of house service from Scott Anderson was exceptional, friendly and informative, and videos from my assigned technician clear and informative.
