The staff I spoke were very courteous, knowledge of your staff on the range of your products were all excellent and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction

The service and communication from Lookers has always been great. My only negatives are that the at isn’t cleaned after a service now and the quote we had for the work was much higher than KwikFit due to official VW parts being used. Having a cheaper option would have persuaded me to get the work done there. I paid £610 at KwikFit compared to your £980 quote.

Matthew was a really excellent point of contact throughout the entire process and couldn’t thank him enough.

I just wish I had the car, it needs work done that should have been checked before it went on the forecourt.

Good customer care

The service department had to be reminded by me that my car was under warranty and less than two years old. This was after they had told me that the repair would be in excess of £300 plus Vat.I was unable to hear anything on the video which was sent and so in reality, it served no purpose.However, the speed of being able to get my car in for repair was excellent.
