Was unaware that we could no longer be dropped off and picked up from a restaurant or shopping mall. Obviously, the courtesy car had been booked out but fortunately our sojourn in the lounge was not too long - even though the machine could only provide black tea and NO milk.The kind lady did however get me a beaker of milk so all was not lost.

Steve Robertson was very knowledgeable , patient helpful while we chose our new vehicle explaining everything very clearly

We have had to ring twice to request a video which we were told would be sent ,however we are still waiting

Have NOT gone back yet to pre pandemic level of service. No wash and inside valeting. included in the major service, No taxi service provided to get me back home or collection when the service was finished but enjoyed my 1Hr 15 Mins walk each way
