Rebekah Jeffries was brilliant throughout the whole process.I had a test drive and was kept informed all the way as we agreed to buy the car in early December 2020 and was told that my car would not be ready until March 2022.All in all a great expereience.Regards, Graham Coldron.

My car was booked in twice, the first time I booked, I never got a confirmation. But someone called me (after my car had been in for the service) saying there maybe an option to trade up on my car. Why didn’t this happen with someone else for this day?
