If possible a prediction by a trained technician of the likely completion time if no unexpected situations arrive. This clearly cannot be done by a non mechanic.

Staff were polite and friendly. They listened to and understood our position and worked out a deal that suited both parties

The only suggestion I make is about the e signatures required on several forms. There was no indication of the number of attempts to sign which would result in non acceptance of the form. I appreciate the security angle but in efforts to produce legible signatures I made several attempts and then discovered the whole process became invalid. This delayed the completion of the purchase and I was unable to collect my car on the day originally planned. This was frustrating and disappointing and could have been averted if there had been a warning on the form about the number of signing attempts that would be acceptable.I conclude that the staff at Lookers Silverlink were all helpful, friendly and supportive.

Scott was excellent received my vehicle and went through my curtesy car smoothly and without and informed me promptly when mine was ready always in a courteous manner full marks.

The deal I got was great and really friendly staff! Unfortunately the mats had been removed from the car prior to the sale and I’ve emailed three times to get some with no joy! It’s taken the shine of the sale a bit but overall very good experience!
