It would be so good if you will reinstate he car valet service. It is a terrific value and so appreciated.Possibly the courtesy driver too which is very supportive.

Cars are no longer cleaned and transport is no longer offered but this is not reflected in the hourly rate being reduced. Other than that the service is excellent.

Scott phoned the day before to introduce himself. He met with me when I arrived and explained the way forward. I also received a phone message to let me know every step of the way in the service area. When the fault was diagnosed Scott explained what it was and the cost to put it right.The repair took the time Scott said it would.Although I would rather not have had any repairs to be done Scott made it a smooth experience and I was impressed with his concern that everything was explained.
