I think with the lifting of covid restrictions the car wash afterwards could maybe be reintroduced. I think the risk is very low.

The service department staff are fantastic as ever especially Scott. The only thing is still no service washes. Covid or whatever is wearing pretty thin now.

I find the remote centralised booking system too robotic and including scripted unnecessary questions to which you already have answers. I expected to speak directly to someone from Silverlink.

See other survey I receivedOne thing to add when booking in car I was told a time then email said a different time and had to ring back to clarify then it was explained to me that the email confirms the time in the garage not time you bring it for, but confusing so the first person I spoke too should of explained this

staff were very pleasant and helpful, however as and NHS worker it has been difficult to get a curtesy car in the past, and no work was done at the weekend this mean we can't do house calls. and can only book in when on annual leave
