The staff were courteous and helpful despite being busy, but there were a lot of extras that we would have been interested in. We had to enquire about these ourselves (and that's the ones we knew about).Probably, more time could have been allocated to the Pick Up of the vehicle since I left with little knowledge of how to access the various controls which are in unfamiliar positions. Of course I understand that everything can't be demonstrated. Also, the We Connect app is very slow and I'm not sure what use it actually is to me? It seems as though it is of more use to VW than it is to me.And it's the only time I've bought a new car and been given ONE keyring as a parting gift!

I think with the lifting of covid restrictions the car wash afterwards could maybe be reintroduced. I think the risk is very low.

The service department staff are fantastic as ever especially Scott. The only thing is still no service washes. Covid or whatever is wearing pretty thin now.

I find the remote centralised booking system too robotic and including scripted unnecessary questions to which you already have answers. I expected to speak directly to someone from Silverlink.
