Well spaced out, safe environment while I waited. Was immediately recognised by Brett the salesman who originally did my car purchase ( recognition of an old customer is unusual in my experience and was most impressive) and he spent a lot of time with me updating me on the latest models. I find Lookers VW at Silverlink to be far and away the best dealership branch I’ve experienced after 40 years of car buying and countless vehicles owned!

Great customer service

I did not receive an email confirmation of my appointment.I used the live online chat to cancel an appointment, who said they would let the branch know. This message was not passed on and the branch phoned to ask where I was.
