Personally l prefer face to face communication,or via telephone. Computer communication is very impersonal and,because of my age,never sure what l am doing on-line is correct.I have been using VW Benfield/ Lookers for many years to look after my car,and have always been happy with the service they provide. It is reassuring knowing that my car is being serviced by the best people to do that.
