Brian was great, friendly and easy to deal with. Good to be offered a cuppa tea! (On a side note: when I got the vehicle home upon closer inspection the interior of the car wasn`t actually that clean, in fact it was grubby. The seats weren`t clean, lots of filth in areas around the seats and door pockets were rather tacky. Grubby controls too. That was disappointing after spending all that money! 1 out of 5 for the effort put into cleaning the interior.)

James was attentive and helpful. He provided clear information, was not pushy and had a welcome smile. I didn't really know what I wanted, which usually gets a response that suggests I am wasting their time, James didn't react like this, instead showing me options and talking through things with me. Unfortunately, I did choose a different option (I ended up going for a lease - cost and time based) but I will return when the lease runs out.
