Not as user friendly as it could be. I had to stop and input again as it stalled at times. Nothing to verify that a service plan was in place and so charges were for both MOT and service Reception was good, and speedy. I waited less than I had anticipated. I was taken by surprise when I got the message that the car was ready because the online tracker suggested it hadn’t been handed to a technician. I got no feedback on the service and no paperwork for the service. I was advised the car would be washed and the tracker suggested this would happen. The car was not washed. Speedy and reception great, the rest a disappointment
