Quick fix and good comm

On-line services were easy to use & comprehensive in their content. The premises were well kept. A very friendly atmosphere was presented. The staff were very polite & knowledgeable. Tom my salesman was professional & respectful. He wasn't too pushy but showed a genuine interest in making my experience as a customer relaxed & comfortable. It made booking our first appointment for a test drive easy so the dealership were aware of what we needed when we arrived The service from first visit was excellent, Johnny looked after us brilliantly, he took the time to explain everything we asked and was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and products on offer. He didn’t push us to rush and make a decision but spent the time to explain everything so we could make a proper decision.
