On-line services were easy to use & comprehensive in their content. The premises were well kept. A very friendly atmosphere was presented. The staff were very polite & knowledgeable. Tom my salesman was professional & respectful. He wasn't too pushy but showed a genuine interest in making my experience as a customer relaxed & comfortable. I had a free service but no where could I book in a MOT and use a free service there was only option to pay for service I had to ring up in the end to sort it out as I had a plan Excellent service
