Phone conversation was excellent. Called into the show room today between 1100hrs & 1200hrs. I looked round the showroom at the new cars. No salesman came to see me so I walked out and Looked at the new cars and the secondhand ones then came back in again looked round the showroom again no sales person approached me so I walked out very disappointed. My last two new cars have VW.

I had a very pleasant talk with Jack Vipond who updated me on the current range of Tiguans, somewhat different to my R-Line at 6 years old now. Two emails to create models to my chosen specs and I will be back very shortly to complete the purchase.
