It's gets everything ready for you and explains what is getting done on your car I phoned alot and ask questions and every time they were polite and answered all my questions. Lizzy was a big help.

Tom was great sat with me explaining about the car and asked me if l felt ok about driving on my own as my old car was right off no fault of my he said he would sit with me if I wanted him to but iwas ok I new had to drive on my own it was very good of him
