The checkin service clearly outlines the work that will be carried out and completing check in is as simple as a couple clicks after reading the paperwork. I had my car into the service dept for a couple issues, a couple times, over the past 2 months - The staff are extremely helpful and kept me up to speed with their findings and how to proceed. I was always met with friendly conversation and it is a pleasure picking up my car after it has been worked on (or repaired in my case) by the garage. 5/5 :)
