Really easy to use, the tracker helps keep be informed with how the service is going. Especially if I’m not able to get to my phone and I go online and check. Also view emails and text messages so I know if there is an update. Excellent service as always, really easy to deal with, always helpful. Keeping me up to date with details and information for an informed choice.

I was greeted warmly upon arrival by Adam who sold me the car My car was ready in a personal area which showed the car was reserved for me. I was shown the car and its interior and new upgrades that differed from the previous version. My complementary 5 day insurance was set up so that i could drive away safely. I was also introduced to the manager of the dealership which was also very nice and personal. I was videoed leaving the dealership and sent the video with thanks from Adam. Cannot fault the handover at all - excellent service
