Service advisor was excellent, works completed as promised, however car was given back and hadn't been cleaned. Dirty finger marks all over the inside windscreen

Work carried out as agreed in a timely manner. Asleigh kept me up to date on progress. All staff were friendly.

Excellent service. Great communication and staff very professional.

I mentioned the strip light not working when booking the service and on check in but yet it has not been fixed and not even mentioned. I will chase this when possible today. We used to always get the car cleaned inside in previous years, shame this doesn't happen anymore! Makes a customer feel much more valued especially given the cost of servicing.

Excellent service from lookers, only comment would be app suggested car would be valeted but was not.

They are professional friendly and very helpful with everything x
