From start to finish I was allowed to bring my vehicle in the day before as I had commitments and allowed to pick it up Monday.This was a big relief to me as I didn't want to rebook I also got to view my video of the car whilst I was elsewhere.On arrival it was explained by Liz that I needed a new tyre which was done in the hour for me so big thanks to all the gang in the vw workshop.
