Very professional from initial callback to leaving showroom saying we probably wouldn’t buy. Salesman Jack was well informed, obliging, very pleasant manner, eager to help but never too pushy. We didn’t buy because the car wasn’t quite right for us but we did feel guilty not to be able to reward his efforts.

Your questions were applicable but regarding the invoice, there was not one as the process is through VW Finance. Excellent service from Beth and Lisa who explained each and every step of work being carried out.

The online booking was straight forward and easy to navigate Overall, a great experience with helpful staff and a quick major service time. My only issue is that my cars service interval system was not reset so it is still pinging at me about needing an oil change now.
