Nice and easy to follow. Only thing that could do with some improvements is the visibility on the availability of courtesy cars when making an online booking. The booking and planning ahead (preemptive phone call before my appointment) was very nice and easy. Staff were very friendly and looked after me from the very beginning. Service job done on my car was thorough and good value
