Nice and easy process to follow. Great service, nice and smooth because I didn't even have to contact the lease company to get permissions for work to be done. It was all done for me! Thank you Lookers!

Most everything was fine. One issue is that the braking system was not left the way it was when delivered, so automatic braking was not set when the car stopped. This led to momentary confusion when the car was parked.
