Make it more clear when booking online and what is in your service plan. Looked everywhere and couldn’t find anything saying what was included in mine. My service was due in April but got an email in January regarding it was due (a bit confusing). Make information regarding courtesy cars more understandable

I would just like to say from walking into Lookers Teesside to picking my car up how happy i was. I was kept up to date with everything that was going on with my vehicle and it was even washed when i collected it. So if you could pass on my gratitude to the service department that would be fantastic.
