I would just say how satisfied I am with the service as I had a question about taking out an extended warranty on my vehicle as it is now 3 years old. I have been told of all my options and will be receiving a call (my request as I am unable to come back onto site) on Monday 27/3/2023 to organise this

Overall experience great. It would be good to receive a printed copy of complete service record, especially as online only and no visibility. I have a service plan so did not receive an invoice for service, only got one for additional chargeable operation - DSG service. I will ask for service history print next time. Otherwise, excellent.
