It all went as expected. The service job and light fitting was booked as I required. On the day, easy book in, quick turnaround, and pleasant staff.

Adam was brilliant. He was polite and professional throughout. I was quite particular about what I wanted and he helped me with whatever it was I needed. Nothing was any trouble and after a poor experience before, Adam has made me feel much better about using lookers again. All staff in the Middlesbrough were very helpful and welcoming.

I was very nervous on the day but jonny put me at ease straight away with a lovely coffee after going through all of the paperwork i was taken to the room where my new car was waiting which looked beautiful and he went through everything with me to set me on my way

The car was collected first thing a.m., and after servicing / maintenance / MOT was returned in the p.m. after being given a veleting.
