Lewis Phillips communication and quality of service was excellent. Thank you. I am a little concerned with the lack of courtesy cars resulting in the initial delay to be seen and then again in the future for the remedial work. For a serious issue (speedo fault) I would have thought that this would receive a higher priority and attention due to the non-compliance with UK road legal requirements.

Overall very satisfied however car wasn’t valeted properly when we took delivery. Whilst the car was in for this visit the windscreen on the inside still wasn’t done and when the windows steam up can see where the delivery stickers were
