The customer service from the lady on the service desk (apologies, I didn’t catch her name), was outstanding. She was knowledgeable, polite and nothing was too much trouble - even when I was stuck in traffic and was going to be slightly late to pick up my car. She even offered to stay behind a little to accommodate me. She is an absolute asset to your organisation.

May I just say that in my opinion ( I was looked after by 3 young ladies) that your staff are your greatest asset. Thank you for the polite manner in which I was greeted and treated, they are a pleasure to talk and discuss things with.

I believe you are overpricing some of your cars because you can! When the second hand car market turns I hope people remember how greedy you have been and vote with their feet.
