Very happy with the service from Lookers VW in Middlesbrough. Having made a mistake booking my car in for an MOT they made the time to squeeze it in for me and a minor service on the VW fleet admin's instructions. I was also kept informed regarding a potential change of brakes too. Special thanks to Hazel because it saved me much hassle of a return trip.
